"As we all know, it is so hard to find a doctor (of any sort) who is not only an expert in their field, but also has a genuine care for their patients. Trust me, I’ve been looking for the last couple years. Well, I can now say that I don’t need to look for another dentist because Dr. Kathy AND her team is everything I could ever ask for.
First off, making an appointment with Dr. Kathy was very easy. Even though I was calling the day of, they were able to schedule me for an appointment last minute for a Friday afternoon. This was great, especially since I was coming in from out of town.
At this point, it had been over 7 years since I’ve seen the dentist so I was a little nervous about what to expect. Well, I have to say, I’ve never met a more friendly, courteous, and professional staff. Monica was very accommodating and thorough with everything she did, whether she was working in the front desk or taking x-rays of my teeth (she made the experience so comfortable, I swear I could’ve fallen asleep). Now, Dr. Kathy is really someone very special. From the moment she greeted me, I could tell that she’s very passionate about what she did and was excited to work with me. She too, was very accommodating, and professional with such a warm personality. I felt right at home as she made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole treatment. The fact that she was able to *painlessly* extract TWO wisdom teeth within minutes is just a testament to her expertise and care for her patients.
By the end of the appointment, I felt like I was part of a family. I’ll definitely be back here again, it's worth the 2-hour drive!"
